Mazzarrini family decided to develop his own range of Balsamic Vinegard thanks to the acquisition of a typical Vinegar farm in Modena, the only city in Italy where the Balsamic is made (both IGP “Indication of Geographic Protection” and DOP “Protected Designation of Origin”).
In his own Vinegar farm in Modena, our family can sell balsamic ageing since 1980! Moreover we can take advantage of old barrels where we can make Balsamic starting from our Sangiovese grape cooked must, or from local Modena grapes such as Lambrusco and Trebbiano.
